Portrait of Libbie Summers

Partner · Creative Director, Storyteller, Strategist

work

Libbie Summers has been called “the Rick Rubin of brand”. A modern thinker with an old-soul instinct for story, she sees the pure, original heart of a founder’s vision and then sharpens, sifts, and seasons it into a perspective so fresh it feels inevitable.

She is an expert at the moments that matter most — brand architectures that unlock clarity, decks that actually get read (and acted on), and media campaigns driven by brand relevance in “aha” ways. Her work always feels new because it is new.

Rooted in deep experience across food, beverage, and hospitality, Libbie blends modernity, wit, and a wealth of know-how. A beloved US president once told her (after a couple of glasses of wine) she was fun, funny, and frighteningly good at seeing what others miss. If your brand is at a pivotal moment, she’s the person you want in the room on your side.

personal

Before her life in brand transformation, Libbie studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Missouri — where she learned to love systems, solve problems, and set shit on fire (creatively speaking). Her most challenging role, she’ll tell you, was four years coaching high-school varsity softball. Nothing sharpens leadership quite like teenage girls with aluminum bats and concrete attitudes.

She has authored three books, including one the New York Times famously called “aggressively pretty” — a critique she wears like a badge of honor. Along with her husband and bird dog, Libbie divides her time between Savannah, Georgia and Teton Valley, Idaho. She loves film, hiking, snow skiing, and her newest obsession: fly fishing.

To date, she has caught exactly four fish.

Portrait of Josh Summers

Partner · Director of Program Management

work

There are project managers. There are owner's reps. There are industry veterans. And then there's Josh Summers -a rare convergence of all three, wrapped in 25 years of deep water experience and the kind of genuine relationships that only come from actually showing up.

Josh is the ultimate owner's rep for new yacht builds. In a world where complexity is the enemy of vision, he is the one who holds both. He knows the craftsmen by name. Their strengths, their standards, their pride in the work, and he knows exactly how to protect the owner's investment, timeline, and trust. That dual fluency is almost impossible to find. It's what makes him a unicorn.

His mind works in all directions simultaneously. Economics degree. Legal training. A 200 ton Master's Oceans License. He watches the contracts and the Coast Guard, the numbers and the nautical. Where others see a build schedule, Josh sees the full picture: the risks hiding in the margins, the details that will matter on delivery day, and the people who need to be aligned to get there.

But credentials only go so far. What truly sets Josh apart is how people feel working with him. He's the guy who makes hard things feel manageable and long projects feel like momentum. Dapper without pretension. Sharp without ego. The kind of person who belongs in a boardroom and on a boatyard in the same afternoon and is equally at home in both.

If you're building something extraordinary, you need someone who can hold the standard from the first blueprint to the final sea trial. That's Josh.

personal

Josh splits his time between Savannah, Georgia and Teton Valley, Idaho, which says everything about his range: Spanish moss and mountain snow, low country charm and the wide open Western Frontier. He is an Orvis-endorsed upland bird guide, though he'll tell you it's mostly just a good excuse to spend the day with his bird dog. He kiteboards, sails, hikes, skis, reads and eats voraciously, and takes his music quite seriously (though he plays no instrument well).

a deeper bench

Award-winning talent,
hand-picked by people who know
— and who only say yes to people they actually like.

Strategists, Analysts, Artists, Writers, UX Professionals, Craftspeople

the team

work

Heavy hitters, no headshots. Award-winning talent and taste makers who are notoriously picky about who they sit next to.

We bring the people behind the awards straight to the table. The same writers, strategists, artists, and producers trusted by the best in modern luxury. At this point in their careers, they get to be picky. They say yes to working with people they genuinely like. That's the filter, and it changes everything.

personal

These aren't people who clock out. They cook, build, travel, and obsess. They chase seasons, read everything, and have at least one passion that will surprise you. The work is better because the person is interesting. That's not a coincidence.

how we work

three rules. we never break them.

01

small on purpose

The people who pitch you do the work. No layers, no handoffs, no surprises.

02

craft first

We are brand artists that are systems-minded. We bring the human touch and the smart tools that make the work sharper, faster, and more repeatable.

03

quietly opinionated

We've earned the right to a point of view. We use it gently, and we use it often.
